We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to international addresses at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your Sylviavip order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. This allows you to easily track your package and stay informed about its estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Sylviavip is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.  

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:  

While we take great care in packaging your Sylviavip order, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Sylviavip order.
