- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped, and cancellations will not be accepted.
- Order Change: You can request to change the details of your order, such as changing the size, color, or shipping address, within 24 hours. If your order has already been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
2. How to Cancel or Change Your Order
To cancel or change your order, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sylviavip.com. Include your order number and the details of the changes or cancellation request.
- Request Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation or change request, we will verify the status of your order. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will proceed with your cancellation or modification request.
- Confirmation of Cancellation/Change: You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation or change request has been processed. If the cancellation is approved, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
3. Conditions for Cancellation or Change
- Unprocessed Orders: Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped can be fully canceled or modified.
- Processed Orders: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy to initiate a return once your item arrives.
- No Charge for Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your order within 24 hours, there will be no cancellation fee, and you will be refunded in full.
- Non-Refundable Charges: If you cancel an order after it has been processed or shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
