1. What is SylviaVip?
SylviaVip is an online store that sells T-shirts, hoodies, and tank tops. Our products are made to be comfortable and look good, using materials that feel nice and are put together well.
2. How do I place an order?
Placing an order on Sylviavip is simple:
- Browse our collection of t-shirts, hoodies, tank-top.
- Select the style, size, and color you prefer.
- Add the items to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.
- Review your order and complete your purchase.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
3. What is the shipping cost?
We offer 6.99$ shipping for all orders within the United States. Regardless of how many items you purchase, the shipping cost will remain the same.
- Shipping Locations: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic Shipping (United States):
Estimated delivery time: 6 – 8 business days
Note: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, shipping carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, if you need to make changes or cancel your order, you must do so within a specific timeframe. Here are the details:
Order Change: You can request to change the details of your order, such as changing the size, color, or shipping address, within 24 hours. If your order has already been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped, and cancellations will not be accepted.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to see the status of your shipment.
