Placing an order on Sylviavip is simple:

  2. Select the style, size, and color you prefer.
  3. Add the items to your shopping cart.
  4. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.
  5. Review your order and complete your purchase.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

3. What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States. Regardless of how many items you purchase, the shipping cost will remain the same.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Free Shipping: 3-5 business days

Note: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, shipping carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it right away to ensure a quick delivery. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sylviavip.com.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order is processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to see the status of your shipment.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including:

Currently, Sylviavip does not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

  • Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags attached.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process of returning or exchanging the item. Please keep the packaging and take photos of the damage for our records.

Yes! We offer gift cards that can be used to purchase sweatshirts and other items from our website. You can also select the option to have your order gift-wrapped at checkout.
