1. Return Policy

We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 120 days from the date of receiving your order.

Please note: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Final sale items or products marked as non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any items back, please contact our customer service team at support@sylviavip.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include your order receipt or a note with your RA number.
  4. Shipping the Return: Send the return package to the following address:

    • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that your return is delivered safely.
  5. Return Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@sylviavip.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please include photographs of the defective or incorrect item when contacting customer service.

5. Exchanges

We only exchange damaged, wrong products, wrong size, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@sylviavip.com

– Customers do not need to pay the return shipping cost for defective products. 

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your item is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items lost during the return shipping process, so please retain proof of shipment when returning items.
